Improvement to automatic user detection (BB-3589)

I noticed that the default algorithm for automatically assigning BitBucker users to commit users only works if they look like: "User <user@domain.com>"

It does not work if commit users contains some characters (eg. "User (something) <user@domain.com>") and most importantly it doesn't work when the email address is not on the end (eg. "User <user@domain.com> <http://homepage.com/>"). I am using the last form with an URL and would therefore appreciate if the expression for matching users would be improved to match the email anywhere.

(On GitHub this works and the user gets matched as long as he has one of his email addresses between "<" and ">" anywhere in the string.)
