Every time I fork a repo, I get an "Oops an error occured" page, but it seems to work fine otherwise... (BB-3922)

    This seems to be specific to forking a repo, letting the permission be inherited, and then having the resulting permissions cause you to exceed your account's plan user limits.

    We'll look into getting a fix out shortly.
