Wiki dead link -> "Create Page" rather than 404

BindFlow LLC avatarBindFlow LLC created an issue

In a wiki, if I create a [[link]] to a page that doesn't exist, I expect that the link would be formatted differently (such as: in red) and that clicking on it would give me the option to create the missing page.

Right now, i just get a 404 error and it seems that I have to manually create a page with the right path - really interrupts the authoring flow.

I'd like the feature of, if I have rights to edit, to be prompted "This wiki page doesn't exist yet. Create it now?" and then go straight on to editing the new page.
