Provide a cheatsheet for wiki syntax (BB-6238)

There are a lot of different wiki syntaxes out there. Most of them look more or less the same-ish but have subtle differences, to make matters worse, I'm using a handful of them every month across different sites and products and I can never quite remember which product uses which syntax...

A brief concise cheatsheet underneath the textarea when editing a wiki page would be very helpful, for example as listed on the right side of the creole site (http://www.wikicreole.org/).

At the very least a link to one would be helpful. Now one has to look it up from another page.

Thanks :) Martin
