Issue #5079 duplicate

Linking to non-existant wiki page is broken

Kamil N avatarKamil N created an issue

Its impossible to easily link to a non-existant wiki page, then follow that link and create it, as it usually works for wikis. Lets say we define a link in Creole syntax:

[[My Page]]

This will create a link to: wiki/My_Page, but such page will report 404. Another problem is that when I try to create this page manually (Create link from wiki) and use title "My Page" it gets converted to "My%20Page" so its encoded differently than underscore used by Creole linking.

These two things make it really hard to quickly create pages on wiki, unless I'm doing something wrong.

Tip: Filter by directory path e.g. /media app.js to search for public/media/app.js.
Tip: Use camelCasing e.g. ProjME to search for
Tip: Filter by extension type e.g. /repo .js to search for all .js files in the /repo directory.
Tip: Separate your search with spaces e.g. /ssh pom.xml to search for src/ssh/pom.xml.
Tip: Use ↑ and ↓ arrow keys to navigate and return to view the file.
Tip: You can also navigate files with Ctrl+j (next) and Ctrl+k (previous) and view the file with Ctrl+o.
Tip: You can also navigate files with Alt+j (next) and Alt+k (previous) and view the file with Alt+o.
