Track downloads for tags (BB-6896)

Hi,

I currently use Bitbucket to track the number of downloads of our software by uploading versions to the "Downloads" section. It would be great if Bitbucket would track the number of downloads for each tag in the "Tags" tab; that way I could just post the link to the appropriate tag and not need to re-upload a file for each version.

Thanks, Paul
