Pages trigger download instead of being rendered in chrome

Axel H avatarAxel H created an issue

When navigating through Bitbucket from time to time Pages are downloaded instead of being rendered.

For example when clicking on the Wiki Page for a Repository The browser starts a download. Clicking it again the browser renders this page. The same goes for almost every link on Bitbucket. This behavior is random and occurs very often which is quite annoying.

It seems that Bitbucket destroys the headers sent to the client. They're saved with the downloaded page (Viewed with vi):

This is the only report we've had of this, which suggests something going on locally. Please report the details of your account and OS/Browser to support and we'll see what we can do to help.

Thanks for pointing it out. It seems to be a problem with a chrome extension. I disabled all of them now it works without a problem.

    OS: Ubuntu 12.04 Browser: Chromium
