Surpassing my quota?

created an issue

I see "You are currently surpassing your quota. You are not limited yet, but we will manually limit the account unless space is freed or plan is upgraded" on every page, but my 'Account' page says "You are currently on the free plan, using 0 bytes out of 150.0 MB total (0%)."
