Can't change name of *already existing* repo. (BB-7856)

Hi Bitbucket!

Thought I'd tell you about this ux/bug -- you can't change the name of your repo in "Repository details" if it's the same name.

You get: "You already have a repository with this name."

But you should be able to if it's the same repo!

For example, if I want to change my repo name from "mycode" to "Mycode" (i.e. Capitalise it) you will get this error.

Tip: Filter by directory path e.g. /media app.js to search for public/media/app.js.
