display mobile phone # format information for top-up

XJ Wang avatarXJ Wang created an issue

This is also a user experience issue, not really a "bug".

Should have a simple way to show the format of the mobile #, for example, "The mobile number has 11 digits, for example, 15311312345 is a valid number"

Thanks

I think perhaps you're trying to file a bug against a project that is hosted on Bitbucket. This is the issue tracker for the Bitbucket website itself.
