New Features : time tracking (BB-8305)

Nicolas Bastien avatarNicolas Bastien created an issue

Hi,

I think a simple but awesome thing you can add in bitbucket is time tracking and milestone in the issue tracking.

For each issue we can estimate the time do do it.

After you can see for each milestone and for your project the estimated amount of time you need to finish it.

What do you think about it ?

Thansk a lot

Nico

    Hi Nicolas,

    Thanks for the feedback!

The issue tracker isn't in our immediate development road map right now, so I can't say if/when we might look into this, but I've added an issue to an internal backlog.

    Hi Nicolas,

We have decided to keep the issue tracker simple.

If you would like more advanced features like time tracking I would suggest trying JIRA.

    Cheers,

    Dylan

Dylan. Perhaps selling an add-on like this could be beneficial. Similar to Trello's additional feature offerings. Personally I looked at JIRA and didn't need 90% of what they were selling, and $10 a month wasn't worth it for the one feature.
