"Claim Resolved" Status?

I have been using the Issue Tracker for one of my projects. I am used to using expensive trackers in funded business settings, and one thing I am sorely missing is the ability to set a bug status as "Claim Fixed/Resolved", so that the original tester can go back and test to see if the bug has actually been resolved. This creates a great dynamic, where bugs are not just marked Resolved, but they are earmarked to be re-tested before being Resolved.

    Hi Jason,

    I realize this is not an exact duplicate of the linked issue. However, the comments (and reason for not fixing) on that issue are relevant. Keeping issues like this in one place will help us decide whether or not to make this change in the future.
