non tracking of typos in issue-tracker comments

appliQ-8 avatarappliQ-8 created an issue

Id like forum/Q&A functionality from my issue-tracker just like this tracker we're using now. At the moment its nearly doing everything i want but id like it to not keep tracking minor changes to the issue like correcting spelling mistakes in the text of the comment.

Better still hide those kind of minor typo updates from view since they're not constructive in the tracking of an issue, a typo is just a typo!! This way its like a Q & A forum.

Even better still give the repo admin/owner the choice of whether to track the minor change or not. Admins could also have control over whether ordinary tracker users have the ability to show or hide minor edits to their comments
