commit message page: malformed link created from single-quote-delimited URI

I made a git commit with a message including a URI delimited with single quotes:

https://bitbucket.org/tlroche/lightningnox/commits/4d01c4fffa39c32cdd827575a8e367cccc2d3b37/raw/

URI='https://bitbucket.org/tlroche/lightningnox/raw/HEAD/setup_lightning_NOx.sh'

The resulting commit message page creates a malformed link:

https://bitbucket.org/tlroche/lightningnox/commits/4d01c4fffa39c32cdd827575a8e367cccc2d3b37 (source)

URI=&#39;<a href="https://bitbucket.org/tlroche/lightningnox/raw/HEAD/setup_lightning_NOx.sh&amp;#39" rel="nofollow" >https://bitbucket.org/tlroche/lightningnox/raw/HEAD/setup_lightning_NOx.sh&amp;amp;#39&lt;/a&gt;

The initial/opening single-quote is correctly placed outside the link tag, but the final/closing single-quote is incorrectly included in both the tag's href attribute and text.
