Hi, we've been trying to resolve an issue with our account but it seems that we've been deactivated.

We have a huge amount of critical data on our jira account - we are desperate to get this resolved and be back up and running.

    If this is regarding a jira account, please contact jira support. If you're having a problem with a bitbucket account, please give me the username of the disabled bitbucket account.
