Writing @see in the commit message sends a message to bitbucket user see (BB-11009)

I have committed some javadocs in my java project. My commit message contained "@ see" text (without space). Some time later I went into my sent mail folder on bitbucket and saw this message, which was automatically sent to user https://bitbucket.org/see:

[my name] has just mentioned you in repository commit [commit hash]
[direct link to a commit]
[my name] said:

I think he must be annoyed with such messages in his inbox This feature should be turned off for commit messages.
