Today I have this problem while doing pull from my repository from 220.127.116.11, but in the same time there is no problem from 18.104.22.168. Git reported:
fatal: unable to access 'https://firstname.lastname@example.org/my-user/my-repo.git/': timed out before SSL handshake
May be Hetzner DC problem?
I've problem from Hetzner servers..
Yes, me to. But ping from Hetzner to bitbucket is OK. And 443 port is opened - wget https://google.com stored index page correctly.....
i'm from hetzner too :)
were having this issue, and were also using Hetzner's server. We also have problems with pushing changes from our office in Warsaw.
Jose Antonio Guerra
Same problem, also from Hetzner servers.
reply from hetzner support :)
" Dear Client,
we don't provide any software support for our dedicated or virtual servers, so I'm
afraid we cannot help you configure your server. We simply setup the hardware and
take care of the network connection. You have full root access so you are
responsible for setting up the server.
You can try to find more information by using a search engine (like google).
Alternatively, you can have a look in our wiki (http://wiki.hetzner.de/) for some
general information or sign up for our forum (http://forum.hetzner.de) and post
your questions there.

I have similar problem with Hetzner server, clone stucks at "Compressing objects"
Our work stopped
Anyway test ports from hetzner server:
$> nc -z bitbucket.org 443
Connection to bitbucket.org 443 port [tcp/https] succeeded!
So there is no issue to Hetzner network
It seems that problem (for me) exists only for deploy keys.

from Hetzner. From other locations finishes successfully.
i have a same issue with https
