"Raw Commit" link says commits are from 2001

Here's a random raw commit. Look at the first line. It says:

From fc6d9ee81c812b59dbbbe57c7f22fe3d1b1f1a31 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001

See the Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001?
There seems to be something wrong with the dates on commits. It says the same date for all commits, too, Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001.
