The REST API browser defaults to Kind sorting for repository/issues endpoint. (BB-11208)

When this request is sent through the browser, or if a developer patterns off of this example, the developer will get unexplained 400 Bad Request errors. We'd like to remove this option from the dropdown in the browser to make it more consistent with the endpoint.
