Leave team when that team has already been deleted

I managed to delete a team but for some reason I'm still linked to it. Is there anyway to unlink myself from the team?

Since the team account has been delete I can't even log in to make further changes to it.
"This account is inactive."

The team page leads to:
"Oops, you've found a dead link."
