repository size is still large in BITBUCKET after clean up was completed

Hi,

We have this repository:
https://bitbucket.org/berkeleylab/jgi-genome-portal.

After I moved some of the folders to another repository and clean it up
git count-objects --v shows:

size-pack: 514816
However Bitbucket reports " This repository's size is over 1 GB. Read more on how to reduce the size of your repository. "
Please help me to prune it.
