Delay updating in BitBucket API v1.0 (BB-11326)

Hi!

Sometimes (I haven't found out in exactly which cases, but it seems random), API will not update branch information right away (https://api.bitbucket.org/1.0/repositories/

/

/branches) when push happens. It seems that the info is updated with delay of about 10 minutes.

At the office we have a local install of Packagist which tracks our GIT repos on our BitBucket account (both public and private). Hooks fire correctly and Packagist does it's job correctly, but it receives stale data from the API, thus not updating info on the package.

Is this a known issue? How can I work around it? It's annoying having to wait to be able to use composer after pushing.
