Comment shown twice on Pull Request

On the Overview tab of a Pull Request, sometimes it will show a comment twice, repeating a few lines of the diff as well. I can't seem to tell what case causes this, but I've seen it more than once on different PR's.

It seems to always be the first comment, and none others that gets repeated.
