So, I was under the impression that you could post an attachment in a pull request comment, but apparently you can't. Is this not working or not implemented?

It would be very useful for me to post attachments in those comments, and it would be even more useful to be able to post attachments via the REST API.

If you are able to attach files to pull request comments, then could you walk me through it? I may be missing steps.

This doesn't work for anything other than images.

It was closed due to inactivity, but this issue is very real. You can't upload a file other than an image to a PR on bitbucket - this really should be fixed.
