Description
In Repository settings / Repository details, changing the ‘Forking’ drop-down menu from “Allow only private forks” to “Allow forks” and then clicking ‘Save repository details’ has no effect.
The page reloads, and “Allow only private forks” is still selected.
Additionally, when doing the above while also trying to change the repository from private to public, the error message “ Public repositories must allow public forks” is displayed. In this case, the drop-down does now show “Allow forks”, but on refreshing the page again, it has reset to “Only private forks” again.
