Hi, I just created a new account and after clicking sign up I got this error: Your account has been deactivated. Please contact Bitbucket Support for assistance.

The accounts username is renanb6. Is there any possibility to use this account or must I sign up with another username? And why did this happen (so I can avoid it for the next time)?
