Description
I have sometimes contributed to https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/
I already have my own fork, https://bitbucket.org/peterjc/galaxy-central/
Steps to reproduce
- Logged into BitBucket as peterjc
- Browsed to https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/src/4f8bee770d0be3f13cb7d2283a288c588b54ad63/lib/galaxy/tools/test.py?at=default - i.e. latest revision of file lib/galaxy/tools/test.py
- Clicked edit
- Corrected typo nothting [sic] in test exception
- Clicked commit
- Long delay while the repository was forked, an automatically named branch created, resulting in this pull request: https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/pull-request/553
Expected result:
New branch would be under my existing repository, https://bitbucket.org/peterjc/galaxy-central/ (perhaps using GitHub style naming of the branch as patch-1, patch-2, etc).
Actual result:
Duplicated repository https://bitbucket.org/peterjc/galaxy-central-1 created with awkwardly long new branch fix-typo-nothting-sic-in-test-exception-1415290865597 - see https://bitbucket.org/peterjc/galaxy-central-1/branch/peterjc/fix-typo-nothting-sic-in-test-exception-1415290865597
