Find Difference in Branch Files and merge only the required changes

Hi,
I can compare two branches and see the files which are different. But is there a way that i can see the difference in contents and merge only the required contents to branches. There is Branch A and B and people are parallel y working, at some point of time some part of code we need to merge. Is it possible to compare and merge the file contents.
