      I tried to log in with my username L46kok, but the first message I get is Your account has been deactivated. Googling showed me that this numerous users have experienced this issue as well.

      Then I come across this link and supposedly, I need to raise a ticket somewhere. Ok, so I follow the link to the support center, and this is the screen I see:

      ? Ok, I don't see any menu that allows me to raise a ticket. Perhaps clicking on "answers" takes me there? So I go in there, and I come across the "Ask a question" button. I click on it and WHAT THE F*@#? I need an account to ask a question?? Is this a joke? You don't expect me to make a second account to raise a ticket, asking for my original account to be reactivated?

      Lest you think I'm being too hotheaded about this, your support website design is very unintuitive on how I'm supposed to solve this issue. I mean look, you guys provide a great service and I'm sure you have your reasons for randomly deactivating perfectly valid accounts, but at least you should make the process clear on how to reactivate user's login account.

      So I'd like to request my account to be reactivated, but please consider making this process easy for other users in the future. Many thanks.
