Long titles get chopped off silently when creating new branch (BB-11778)

From a JIRA issue, I can click the link "Create Branch". I am taken to something like this: https://bitbucket.org/branch/create?issueKey=someKey&issueType=Improvement&issueSummary=someTitle

If someTitle is too long, it gets chopped off. I suppose that is fine if git can't handle such a long title, but perhaps trimming silently is a bad idea.

Personally, I think we should be allowed the option to just have it ignore issueSummary altogether. Whenever I use this tool, I have to remember to check the branch name it says it will create so I can make sure it makes sense.

Also, the branch name field is short. Could we have that widened?
