Update Hipchat room names (BB-11844)

While figuring out the HipChat integration for BitBucket, I ended up changing room names in HipChat. Looking at my integration page, I can still only select the room as it was originally named and all my current configurations are pointing to the original name. The integration still works, but if I forget that my room used to be named such-and-such, I may start wondering why I can't find my room.

I haven't tested, but I assume the room names would be updated if I sign out of my hipchat account and back in.
