Stuck creating repo

I have a private repo that got stuck in the creation process. I've seen other posts where it appears that a Bitbucket rep had to delete the repo for the user. How do I go about requesting that a repo stuck in the creation stage removed? Also, will I be able to use the same repo name once the issue is resolved?
