Upstream Pull Request offers option to create new branch in error (BB-11973)

That's not the first time it's happening. And not the first time it's happening today so while we can re-create branch and so on I decided to report this as it's clearly a bug and it's getting common disrupting out processes.

This PR reports lots of changes that should not be there:

QD-1572 does not exist in wfmcom so difference in this Pull Request should be shown between incoming branch oleksii_melnichenko/wfmcom:QD-1572 and target master wfmdigitalweb/wfmcom:master.

But that's not the diff that is displayed in PR. Instead PR displays lot's of other files. We had similar problems with other branches before. Including today.
