Ability to create a task without first adding a comment

Regarding relatively new feature Pull Request Tasks, as discussed in blog post https://blog.bitbucket.org/2014/09/16/introducing-pull-request-tasks/.

Would be even more useful if you did not need to first add a comment. Most times, the task description is trivial and does not require any further explanation, so it would be faster to just add a task than to add a comment and then a task.

Common examples: "add a comment", "use a more descriptive variable name", "retest this".
