Make download repo button more prominent or move to top of ui

If I want to direct someone to my repo so they can read about it and download binaries, directing them to the main page isn't all that helpful, as the "downloads" button is not very prominent. I think it needs to be more prominent - say, shown in the upper portion of the page near the "clone in SourceTree" button, and labeled "Downloads" or using a more intuitive icon.
