Generic wiki table style leads to scattered reST footnotes (BB-12804)

Docutils renders each footnote to a table like <table class="docutils footnote">. It's fine on its own, but BB has:

.wiki-content table {
    border-collapse: collapse;
    margin-top: 10px;
    width: 100%;
}

100% width makes footnotes scatter. Top margin also leads to too spaced footnote lines. So both last lines should be overridden for a footnote tables.
