Show outdated comments on pull request overview

Hello,
I noticed you proview issue fix for manually marking comments on PR as outdated https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issue/7172/manually-mark-comments-as-outdated-in-pull

Actualy, we have the opposite problems, sometimes it would be very useful for us to have the option to "see outdated" comments to make keep track of them when the pull request is updated, and make sure that the fix is actually properly implemented. Currently any change will trigger the comment to be "outdated" and therefore it becomes complexe to make sure all feedbacks were followed properly.
There could be two way to fix this problem

• Give an option to display outdated comments on the PR overview
• Give an option to manually mark a comments as "not outdated"

This would really help the process of making sure that the whole review expected output is done properly.
