Create new issue comment whit API all good but content do not save (BB-12726)

##My steps

1. I join to http://restbrowser.bitbucket.org/
2. Login with my user account
3. Select the POST issue comment https://bitbucket.org/api/1.0/repositories/ {accountname}

   /

   {repo_slug}

   /issues/

   {issue_id}

   /comments/

4. Fill all field required
5. Press Send

And the comment is created but the content field not assigned

I try in a team repo
