Improvement Request: The ability to hide author details & email in Raw Commits (BB-13093)

The "View raw commit" link on any commit reveals the e-mail of the author of the commit, regardless of the user's "Private profile" checkbox settings (in the Account settings page).

The "View raw commit" is also enabled for visitors who browse the repositories anonymously, as well as for unpolite robots.

It'll be much more secure if users have the ability to hide Raw Commit details.
