Repository not accessible when it's name consists of non-ascii and '.'

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://bitbucket.org/repo/create
2. Create repository with name of non-ascii characters and '.', for example 'тест.тест'
3. Repository is created, but is unreachable (URL created as/leads to "https://bitbucket.org/username/")

This issue will cause repositories with internationalized domain name impossible to be accessed into.
