Bitbucket / hipchat integration still broken

Bitbucket integration seems to be broken with hipchat; pushes are not going out to the required room(s).

Although it appears to be configured correctly; it registers that there are notifications enabled; no notifications happen in the rooms when pushing changes.

There are two "bitbucket integration" links on the left hand frame (edit : I realise what causes this now).
