how to commit and sync changes of android eclipse project using bitbucket ?

i have made local repository system and now i have put the complete project folder lets say "SampleProject" in E:/ the same original project is already in D:/androidworkspace .... while i have put this file in remote repository i.e bitbucket and my project was using some library projects and then i import project from git ....... but just after this i was getting error in my project ------ so i just copy paste project from E:/SampleProject to D:/androidworkspace/SampleProject and then again import its working fine but now whatever changes i made to this workspace project i want to copy all those changes bitbucket then how will i do ? in eclipse project->team->share ............. i m not getting commit option there .
