Markdown links rendered incorrectly (BB-13626)

The most likely cause of this is the fact that [`mysqli::__construct()`](http://php.net/manual/en/mysqli.construct.php) does not accept the host name together with port number as in `meta2535376233.db.2535376.hostedresource.com:3306`, as opposed to [`mysql_connect()`](http://php.net/manual/en/function.mysql-connect.php), but accepts the port as a separate parameter.
