Unable to authenticate via web or git

It is currently impossible for me to log into your website using correct account details, and likewise to pull from Bitbucket repositories I own using my correct account details. My colleague in another city who is a member of the same team (Quirky Things Ltd) has the same problem with his account.

My bitbucket username is synapseproject. It is obviously not possible for me to log in to create this bug report, by definition.
