Create the following markdown (in a PR, issue, wiki -- anywhere)

1. Outer list A
    * Inner 1
    * Inner 2
    * Inner 3
    * Inner 4
2. Outer list B
    * Inner 1
    * Inner 2
    * Inner 3
    * Inner 4
2. Outer list C
    * Inner 1
    * Inner 2
    * Inner 3
    * Inner 4
  1. Outer list A
    • Inner 1
    • Inner 2
    • Inner 3
    • Inner 4
  2. Outer list B
    • Inner 1
    • Inner 2
    • Inner 3
    • Inner 4
  3. Outer list C
    • Inner 1
    • Inner 2
    • Inner 3
    • Inner 4

There is a margin above each <ul> element, but none below. The result is that there's a gap between an item and it's nested list, but NO gap between the nested list and the subsequent item. It's ugly and makes long lists hard to read
