Add Crystal Language (BB-13960)

Is it possible to add Crystal (http://crystal-lang.org) to the list of languages in Bitbucket?

Crystal has a syntax derived from Ruby, so the Ruby syntax highlighter could work quite well to start. How can we contribute to have a custom highlighter? The Crystal source files have ".cr" extension.
