There is no way I can create a new pull request.

"An existing pull request will be updated" this is what I get when trying to issue a new pull request. There should be an easy way to issue a new pull request from the browser when there is an existing pull request.

Currently it just gives you a warning without any alternative. Ideally there should an option to issue a new pull request if user does not want to update existing pull request.
