Branch name contains quotes causes javascript error

If you have a branch name contains a quote, for instance Eddie's "Fix Defect" Branch, when you go to submit a pull request, Chrome reports a javascript error in setting the options for the dropdown values and the page doesn't fully load and prevents you from submitting the pull request.
