repositories in bitbucket are mixed up

Hi
Two of my repositories have got mixed up. When I access repository one through the browser I am seeing the code for repository 2. When I view repository 2 I correctly see repository 2.
I created a push to repository 2 yesterday which is recognised and is available as a branch.
I've checked my git client and it is correctly pointing to the correct repositories.
What is the best way to resolve this issue - should I delete the broken repository and push all branches again from my local versions?
