Webhooks to Jenkins fail always on net_err

I would like to be able to build only the branch where the commit was made, and need the new webhooks for that I guess.

Whenever I try to use those, they end up failing to net_err. Work when using Postman though.

As I understand it, Bitbucket at the moment does not allow self-signed certs. We have a paid cert from RapidSSL, Chrome accepts it just fine.
